Management Development

Morton Hodson has a great deal of experience in supporting organisational development. We can help you plan the way forward and work with your people, coaching and mentoring them on the job, challenging attitudes, suggesting alternatives, encouraging them to take decisions and helping them to focus on the future.

Our management development team focuses on three specific areas of client need:

  • Working with business support agencies, Business Links and Chambers of Commerce to develop and deliver seminars, workshops and other programmes to build directors' and managers' skills
  • Within businesses and organisations to develop the skills and expertise of their own people, tailoring the work required specifically to the needs of the individuals involved.
  • Organising, developing and facilitating complete training and development programmes. This can include recognition as an Investor in People and support from our own Investors in People consultants and assessors.

Our Directors Development Programme does exactly what it says at both strategic and practical levels across most management disciplines; there are seminars and workshops designed to improve the skills of middle managers as well. We can back this up with on-the-job coaching and mentoring to make sure that when you are responsible for managing change in an organisation you have our full support to see it through to success.
